What if I want to return my order?
- In the case that you are not satisfied with your purchase(s) (e.g. wrong item received, damaged goods), kindly inform Customer Care Service at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the item. Otherwise, your request will not be processed.
- Product return request must be made within 7 working days from date received.
- Damaged items must be returned together with the invoice insert.
- Please provide the return parcel tracking number for all items.
What if the product does not suit me and I want a refund
Unfortunately, our Company policy does not refund cash/accept returns for change of mind/if the product is not suitable for your skin.
What about postage charges?
- Customers would have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the return process. SQ-infinit+ will bear the postage fees if the wrong item(s) was shipped.
